Golf Huron - Broadland Creek Programs
Proudly sponsored by Avera
The First Tee program improves the lives of young people by giving them a different way of learning, through character development and positive values through the game of golf.
Through the First Tee Life Skills experience, participants learn valuable lessons about the importance of maintaining a positive attitude, how to make decisions by thinking about possible consequences and how to define and set goals from the golf course to everyday life.
Our goal is to provide golf learning facilities and experiences that will enable kids from every walk of life to partake of a game that teaches values for life and which can be played for a lifetime.
No young person will be turned away from The First Tee Program because they cannot afford it. All juniors are welcomed and do not have to be a member to be involved in the program. Contact Jim Bigelow for financial assistance.
